International Colloquium and Exhibition on Electromagnetic Compatibility

The SAFEPOWER partner – Université de Technologie Tarbes Occitanie Pyrénées – UTTOP, an expert in power systems integration and packaging health monitoring, will participate in the upcoming 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗘𝗠𝗖) to be held in Limoges (FR) from 15 to 17 April 2026.

✅The EMC is a must-attend event for both academic and industrial experts in electromagnetic compatibility. This field has a clear goal: enabling the coexistence of increasingly diverse electronic systems.

➡️The UTTOP represented by the 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗚𝗲́𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗟𝗚𝗣) contributes to the colloquium with two articles related to the research done in the framework of the SAFEPOWER project:

• “Caracterisation frequentielle des parametres intrinseques de mosfets de puissance sic en boitier TO”, W. Moyo, G. Viné, P.-E. Vidal, S. Baffreau
• “Methodologie de modelisation de MOSFETs de puissance sic en boitier to sur une large bande de frequence”, G. Viné, W. Mojo, P.-E. Vidal, S. Baffreau, A. Gopishetti
